So eager to say "hello", but you don't know me
Alright, everyone has to start somewhere. And this happens to be where I am. I'm not doing this for anyone other than myself though, so it doesn't bother me as much as it usually does.
Because most of the time, being new to something sucks toes.
Anyway, I figured, why not? I certainly need to write down every moment of my life so that when I'm old and decrepit, I can fondly read back on the times when I was young, innocent, and without arthritis. Whatever that's supposed to mean.
So, I'm going to give a shot at my day. What happened? Well, nothing. Nothing at all.
But, my future has promise. My best friend, whose name happens to be Amanda (the same as my own) is coming over tomorrow around noonish to pick up a chapter of a story I'm supposed to be writing. She's a little bit like my editor, only I use her so that I have deadlines. Why deadlines, you ask? Well, I wouldn't finish it otherwise. If I give myself pressure, I will perservere! Or something like that.
Anyway, I don't want to go too far into the future. Can't spoil the suprises, now can I? And oh the beautiful surprises that there will be.
